Can I apply for citizenship Army awol and traffic ticket

Hello, in 1989 I was discharged from the Army for going awol. In 1994 I was given a DWI ticket but the charges were dropped and I had to pay a ticket for wreckless driving. Am I still eligible for citizenship.?
