Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Can I apply and get an F1 Visa i(to study english) if I already have an LLC in the US? I live outside US.

You can get the F1 if you meet the qualifications. The fact that you have an LLC in the US may indicate to the consulate that you have ties to the US and intend to remain in the US if you come here to study. As such, you must have proof of strong ties to your home country- family, assets, accounts, employment to return to, etc.
