apply for green card for spouse
my husband has been here since 1991 we just got married and would like to apply for permanent resident. Im american. The only problem is that my husband doesnt have his I-94 or his birthcertificate. all he as is his passport. How can we apply withouth does documents? he had an I-94 but its lot and he doesnt have the number. please help me thanks

Immigration has a toll-free number where they can give you general advice on a situation like yours (this site won't allow the phone number, but you can also look on their website www.uscis.gov).
