Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
Hello, I was arrest for shoplifting ($110.00) in Maycis last week, Im applying for adjustment of status through marriage. I sent my papers with all forms and fees 2 weeks ago and Im waiting for my finger print appointment. How this situation will affect an immigration residency petition?

What happened with your shoplifting offense? Were you convicted? Shoplifting can be a grounds of inadmissibility and you should seek local immigration cousel that is well-versed in Florida criminal law as well.
