Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
i have an AS8 green card , and i am thinking of going back to Jordan (my country of origin) for a 2 weeks visit.
is there any kind of risks to lose my green card or not to be able to get back to the U.S ?
if i can go back to Jordan , can i use my Jordanian passport (though it's not expired) ??

Unless you stay outside the U.S. for more than 180 days (rebuttable presumption of abandonment of green card) or one year or more (automatic abandonment of green card), you will not risk losing your green card.
Yes you use your Jordanian passport - make sure its valid for at least 6 months before travelling outside the U.S.
