Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I was born on a us naval hospital in subic bay Philipines both of my parents are us citizens but when I tried to get my address change on my FL Drivers license they said my birth certificate is invalid and they would not give the address change for my Driver license what can I do

It's difficult to say what you should do without seeing your birth certificate as you seem to be a U.S. citizen. I might start by getting a replacement birth certificate that is an original with a seal, it could be as simple as that.
