Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
My boyfriend is 28 he came from Cuba when he was 8 (legally on a plane) when he was 20 he was charged with burglary on an unoccupied dwelling he received probation with a with hold adjudication he has never been arrested since his father past and he wants to renew his residency to travel to Cuba but is afraid because of that arrest he will have complications and not be able to enter back into the US does he have anything to worry about.
