Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
boyfriend
Need to know if I am living with my boyfriend now who is on a h 1 visa who does not know about my criminal past 20 years ago which was prostitution twice and theft. Will they ask me about this on any application so my boyfriend can get a green card?

It sounds like you have your own status. Unless your boyfriend has committed crimes in the past, he shouldn't be impacted by your past criminal history. If you apply for permanent residence, then it may be an issue for you, but not for him. His green card application will ask him about what he has done illegally.
