Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
My boyfriend is in the u.s.a on a student visa and I do not want to marry him but if I have to I will. He can not work a good full time job on a student visa but If I rent my hotdog stand to him and this is not paying him a payroll. I am only renting the stand to him. I will keep records of the money I get paid from the rental.
