my brother is being detainee on section 212(a)(2)(A)(i)(II).he's has also a criminal case coming up,can he win his deportation case

Based on that charge, your brother apparently already has a criminal history. Depending on his length of stay in the US, the dates of his prior convictions, his current status and personal history, he may be able to apply for relief rom removal, such as Cancellation of Removal and/or Section 212(c).
