Citezen ship by Birth

I am having a b2 visa my wife and my son also have b2 visa. I want to give my second children in U.S. Can It will be legal. And my second children which will be born in U.s. Will have u.s. citezenship or not. And in future will it will iffect our visit to u.s. or renew our b2 visa. I am from India.

Dear Inquirer:

Under the US Constitution, children born in the US, other than children of foreign diplomats having immunity in the US, are Citizens from birth. Merely having a child in the US should not affect your visa, however, if you develop strong ties to the US following the child birth, it may affect your tourist visa renewal.
