Why was her tourist visa denied? We can help you bring her on a fiance visa if you plan to marry her within ninety (90) days of her arrival. Contact my law office in Tampa at (813) 888-6700 to schedule a free thirty (30) minute consultation.
Hello,
You have a few options. You can petition for her Fiancee Visa and marry her here. That takes about 6 months. Your other option is to marry her outside the U.S. and petition for her as your spouse. Generally the second route may take a bit longer.
I would be happy to go over your options with you and give you a quote during my free initial consultation.

Thank you,
Why was she denied? Does she have a criminal record? Has she ever overstayed her time in the US or was she ever placed in removal proceedings in the US?
All of these and more questions will need to be answered. Schedule a consultation with a local attorney.
If the relationship is valid and can be proven and if she lacks a criminal record and have no prior US immigration matters then you may be able to apply for a fianc visa for her or may marry her there and apply for a spouse visa.
