Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I am a US citizen living overseas. My kids Are all US citizens but my wife is a UK citizen. While living abroad my eldest daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. We have spent a lot of time and money training our domestic helper on testing and giving insulin along with emergency protocols. My question is there a way to bring her back to the US to continue to work for our family at prevailing US rates under a medical need provision or something similar?
