Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I am US citizen and my wife is Indian citizen ( she came to USA 2 yr back now her green card pending) . I am 53 yr and she is 47 yr old. We tried IVF did not work. Now we are planning on baby in India through artificial insemination. If baby is born through Artificial insemination India, is our child eligible became US citizen according to US law. What kind of legal documents are needed to produce before us consular officer.
