Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Hi!! want want to become a citizen,I have been a permanent resident since 1983,but I have a infraction petty theft conviction in 1986 an one DUI conviction in 1993,now is 2009 more than 15 years after the second conviction.

Can I become citizen??? or

Do I have to get a waiver??

Can anybody here help me??

How much are the fees?

We will still need to analyze your arrest records to determine what you were charged with. While they may not sound like deportable offenses, questions will still need to be addressed and explained to show your good moral character -- even past the five year period. Part of hiring our firm will require that we analyze your past convictions. We will need all of your arrest reports, as well as proof of final disposition.
