i 'm a permanet resident for the past 20 years. my question is do i have to go to a interview and answer all question, if so can i do it in spanish

If you are talking about your naturalization interview, they sometimes will waive the English language requirement, but the exceptions are rare.
Generally you must speak English to become a citizen, but waivers for things like age or disability are sometimes granted.
Also, you might try learning English through software called "Rosetta Stone," which many public libraries offer online for free (or for use in the library). The software is very user-friendly and might help you over just a few months reach an important life goal!
