Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

continuous/physical presence required for US naturalization

How should I calculate the time before I apply for naturalization? My case is the following:

Contnuous presence as a LPR in USA:

Became a LPR in August1995.

09/95-08/97- 1 yr 11 mo absent with a re-entry permit

08/97-07/98 -lived and worked in USA

07/07/98-03/18/02 1 yr 8 mo absent with re-entry permit

03/19/02 starting date of my continuous presence in USA.

Physical presence:

As of 03/18/02 2 vacations of 2 mo 10 days, one in 2002 and the other one forthcoming in 2003.

Eligible for naturalization:

03/20/04

/03/18/02 364 days (last 364 days of my absence with a reenrty permit count towrds my time as a PR in ''continuous residence''; + 4 years = 5 years of continuous residence in 03/20/04. (3 mo earlier does not apply to Fl)

Do I have to take into account the short vacations of 2 months each and add them to my total required time? Is there any local FL regulation that would prohibit the addition of the last 364 of my last absence to my continuous residence time or any other local or federal restriction, which is not mentioned in the Naturalization Guide?
