What to do?
My cousin is marred to a Immigrate women who is still marred to a man in miami. So can she be deported for lieing about her other marrage? She had a baby boy with my cousin. She also has a 5 year old with the other man from miami.

If your cousin has evidence that his wife is still married to another man, then he can probably file a complaint against her for bigamy. She may or may not be deported unless she obtained some immigrant benefit via marriage to your cousin, and she is convicted of bigamy which may be a crime involving moral turpitude. But your cousin needs to decide to break off the marriage by voiding it altogether. If his wife was legally married to another man, the marriage is voidable because it cannot exist as a true marriage. Good luck with that one, but your cousin should inquire with a good marriage/divorce lawyer.
