Dear Inquirer:
Generally, expungements have no impact on the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. In order to qualify for naturalization, you must not be deportable for having a criminal conviction and must establish your good moral character for the past five years. We would have to analyze your conviction to see whether it renders you deportable from teh US before filing your citizenship application.
