Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
When dealing with marriage fraud cases, one ex claimed marriage as bona fide and the other claimed it to be fraud what if the disgruntled ex after some time admits to lying in a online social network site, would showing that as evidence win the case?

I cannot say that you will definitely win as your ex could say he/she did not write the message and that someone hacked the page.
