Denial of Status
my application for adjustment of status was denied by INS because i did not go for the interview. my father refuse to follow me to the interview and he said he his not continueing the process with me. my work authorisatin will expire in sept. what can i do.

Ordinarily, a person may be able to file an appeal or ask for reconsideration if they believe that the reason they were denied is not justifiable.
