Deportation of illegal immigrant
Can a minor child who is a US citizen be deported with her mother who is an illegal immigrant? Who has the say so about this?

A U.S. citizen can not be deported from the United States. It is up to the parents whether to have the child leave the US with them (at their own expense) or whether to leave the child here in the US in the care of someone else.
