can someone be deported if they ignored a court ruling (now in jail for the next 2 weeks), have been charged with a felony offense previously that was expelled...immigration visited them in jail, took their fingerprints.......recently married a US citizen and have a child with her

He will most likely be placed in deportation proceedings (assuming he does not voluntarily sign a deportation paper.) Then, the issue becomes whether he can win a deportation of which he should get qualified representation.
