Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
Can a divorce give to me problem to get my citizenship, since I already received
the letter with the appointment which will be in 35 days to get the tests ?

You don't need to be married to obtain citizenship. You do need to demonstrate good moral character, however, and if it seems as if you married to obtain your green card, obtaining citizenship could be a problem. Additionally, if there is a domestic violence issue you could very well be referred to immigration court. So it does depend on your exact circumstances.
