Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
Divorce and Remarriage
My ''boyfriend'' is currently married, but his wife has confined to him that she is a lesbian, and he doesnt want to be in the kind of relationship, because she is always with her girlfriend and never him, so he went to find someone else, me, now were in love and he wants to divorce his wife and marry me. Everyone in his family says if he does that he will have to wait two years to get remarried, and he is of illegal status. Can he just get a divorce and then remarry me?

Re: Divorce and Remarriage
In Florida you do not have to wait 2 years to remarry. Since you posted this under the Immigration section I assume that you are concerned somehow regarding your boyfriends Immigration status. I would need more info regarding in his status before I can advise you. Particularly I would need to know whether his current wife ever filed for his residence, the results of that filing, your Immigration status, etc. Feel free to contact me directly.
