Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
My EAD will expire in 45 days. Can I work while my EAD is pending approval. My visa is L2.

Hi,
You can work only with unexpired EAD. You cannot work if current EAD has expired and you are waiting for new EAD to be issued.
