Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

If entered the U.S. legally, overstayed visa which has expired for 7 years and lost passport with old visa but have new passport with identity but no visa. Is it possible to marry an american citizen now? What will the process be? And what will be needed to get married?

Yes you may marry and you may apply for a green card.

You will need to document the entry by applying for a replacement I-94 card, and if possible providing other proof of your "legal" entry into the United States. The marriage itself is controlled by state law. You should visit your local county court house to find out the specific requirements to marry in your state.

Once married you may apply for permanent residence by submitting the required forms, medical exam and documentation.
