Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
A family member who has a green card has been convicted of crimes as a teenager, young adult. His immigration status was compromised as he is now "Deportable (spelling?)." What steps can he take to change this and become a legal citizen? He has been crime free for almost eight years.

The question here is whether or not he was under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court. Once that is determined, it will be much clearer to know if he is deportable.
