Although you are able to file for your sister and her family, the process will be much faster if your father petitioned for her as a US citizen. To discuss your options and for a free consultation, please contact my office at 1-800-408-5818 or email me at [email protected].

The immigration laws make it easier and quicker for US Citizens to bring over family members. However, depending on your situation there may be more deciding factors as to how to file for your sister.

If you would like to discuss in detail the different options, please feel free to contact my office at 877 706 8745 for a free consultation.
