Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

If i had file a i-485 and it was approved,but i had a immigration court removal proceeding,and the judge ask me to file i-485,eoir-40,eoir-42a,eoir-42b,i-188.....do i need to pay the $1010 again even tho i had paid and file 4 months ago?

I suppose it is possible though I would certainly be sure the judge knows that already has been filed. There might be a way of withdrawing the filing, though I know getting a refund, while possible isn't the norm. In a case like this though I think there is good cause for that.
