Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
Can filing a fee waiver request for form I-90 affect my green card renewal. I have been in the U.S since I was 4 my green card expierd when I turned 14 im not 18.

If you are claimed as a dependent on your parent's tax return, then USCIS will take their income into consideration. However, if the fee waiver is not accepted, then USCIS will return your I-90 application to you, requesting that you re-file it with the filing fee. So, it will not affect your I-90, other than it might delay processing if you do not qualify for the fee waiver.
