When filing for a sibling how long dose it take? and if married to a citizen how long would it take?

Look at the visa bulletin for updated processing times.
Siblings are 4th preference category and the wait time is roughly 6-8 years
Marriage to a U.S. citizen is completely different as you are deemed to be an immediate relative and if your immigration papers are filed correctly you could have your greencard within 6 months of filing.
