Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

On form I 130 question 16 do I check yes or no if the person i am petitioning for overstayed her tourist visa while in the United States in 2001. In may of 2005 she applied for a tourist visa to came back to united states and was told her visa request was denied and could not come back in the USA for 10 years. If the answear is yes which box do I check removal, exclusi�n deportation, rescission, or judicial proceedings?
