Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

fraud by insurer

If an insurance company obtains a circuit court descision and that descision is overturned on appeal and remande to the lover court on issues of fact ( Md ). Then the case is moved to a diffrent state ( Fl.) It is then discovered the first courts descision was based on false affidavitds, witheld documintation and mistatment of facts, can the Fl.court apply judicial estoppel and disregard the descicion of the Md. court?
