Fraud marriage
What happens to a citizen if he gets caught by immigration because he married an illegal alien so that person could her papers and only for that purpouse

There are fairly serious penalties. Is the alien reporting that it was a fraudulent marriage?

If prosecuted and convicted a penalty of five years imprisonment and a $250,000 fine for any "individual who knowingly enters into a marriage for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws
