Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
My friend has been without papers in this country for a long time, his i94 expired abour 7 years ago. Now he wants to marry a cuban CU6, but he is scared that could affect her, he wants to know if he can gets married or not? and also if that would might get him a green card or a legal status?

We will need to meet the couple to evaluate what status the Cuban national has. Options are available for spouses of Cuban nationals, so I advise that you have someone evaluate their case. We'll need to know more about his fears, which may or may not be unfounded.
