Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Hi my name is Glenardo I'm a Jamaican citizen. my wife is an US. citizen we been married for six an a half months now. my wife live's in NY and i live in FL and i'm also out of status at this time my wife can't cope with the distance between us anymore. she want to file for me but i'm not sure if its possible to work due to our distance. what can we do to see each other again??...

Your wife probably can file on your behalf if you don't have any criminal convictions that might disqualify you, however, you will have to reside together.
