Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Good evening.

I am a Canadian citizen and I was deported from the USA in 2003 after serving 20 months and was sent back to Canada on a treaty transfer but I did go before an immigration judge and was deported. I am wondering if I could re-enter the USA.
