Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
Goodday I am applying to have the conditions on my 2year residency removed for me and my daughter it says in the I175 form about getting a fingerprint card done from immigration.Do I do this prior to sending in my information or does this happen after the documents are sent to immigration and they give me a date to get the biometrics done?

You should get a notice to get biometrics done. If you would like assistance with your application or would like an attorney to review the application before you submit it, please feel free to contact me.
