Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

green card

my dad sponsor me and we had our meeting on jan 22nd. the immigration officer told us that i everything went well and i should have something in the email within 4 to 6 weeks. unfortunately that didn't happen i recently got a letter for another interview requesting more evidence that he is my dad.

Now am stuck trying to figure out what documents to take to them.

* is it necessary to do a blood test?

*what other documents can i take?

Also when i file before my 21st birthday isn't there a law for a child under the age of 21?

Re: green card

It is important that you consult an attorney to better understand what the immigration requirements are. You are right in noting the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) which can protect certain children who are petitioned for prior to their 21st birthday. To have this and the evidence requirements evaluated, you will need an appointment at our offices.
