Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I am a US Green Card holder on reentry permit (exp Dec 2011). My mother has a US visit visa (exp Nov 2019) sponsored by me.
I would like to return to USA with my 6 month old baby born in India.Since I am currently unemployed
What should I do to take my mother with us while returning to USA?

As long as your mom's visa and passport are valid, she should be fine. You on the other hand should be careful because you can be thought to have abandoned your green card for staying out of the country for 6 months or greater.
