Getting a greencard thru a parent.

Can I get my both kids under the age of 21 a greencard if they do not live with me , and I only have a greencard?

Dear Inquirer:

You may file a second-preference visa petition on behalf of each of your children, however, there is a long waiting period for them to be eligible for green card status in that category. If you are eligible for naturalization, you may wish to consider filing your N-400 because that could speed the processing time for your kids considerably.

I recommend that you email [email protected] or visit www.hanlonlawgroup.com if you would like to schedule a confidential consultation to discuss this matter further.
