Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Hello,

I am a french citizen, with a bachelor of science in business administration (diploma obtained in Europe but recognized in America) and a five 5 months internship in events/public relations done in Manhattan.

Me and my partner who has a great experience in events/public relations at prestigious companies would like to set up our own company in the US. He is an american citizen.

I want to be able to get a visa and work there full time with him after incorporation.

What are the solutions concerning my working permit in the USA? H1B visa? Sponsored by the company ? Is it possible if we both own 50% of the company?
