Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
Hi.
My boyfriend and i had consensual sex when i was 15 and he was 18. He was a resident I am a citizen. The age of consent is 16 in florida. he plead guilty to child abuse no harm. since this is an aggravated felony in immigration court and he is a citizen he is being deported. If i marry him can i claim him and bring him back?
