Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
My hunsband is Cuban who set his status for a permanent resident under the cuban adjustment act. I got in the US 6 years ago with a 6 month visa witch expired. Can my hunsband apply for my permanent residency here in the US? How long it will take for me to become an american resident? What are the USCIS fees?
Thank You

If your husband is a green card holder and you overstayed in the US, you can't apply for the green card in the US.
If your husband becomes a US citizen, he can sponsor your green card even you overstayed.
We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.
