Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

my husband was born in Jamaica we've been married 18 years. He has been the victim of 2 crimes where as he was left disabled and partially handicapped but we never completed the paperwork to get his green card he previously had a work permit but it expired and he has a few arrests do we have a chance at getting his documents so he can travel he hasn't left this country for 27 years.

Are you a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident? And, was your husband inspected into the U.S. 27 years ago? In order to help him overcome the arrests, we will need to know more about what the crimes were in order to also help him obtain his green card. Also, what did you file for him in the past?
