Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

my husband was brought here when he was just little we got married august 16 2010 he was 19 at the time.

the day we got married is the day he went back to mexico. i talked to a lawyer which said "he didnt become illegal in the united states till he was 18 5 months and 29 days old. which made him here illegally a few months. how hard will it be for me to sponsor him and bring him back? how long will it be before he can come back? we have a son who is one and its getting pretty hard for me im only 18 my self. a family member and i is going to sponsor him.
