Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

My husband has been detained by ICE he was on probation for misdemeanor poss. of paraphanelia but he did not violate his probation he was just picked up at the probation office. We have 2 kids and have been together for 13 years. What are his chance of getting a bond and adjusting status?
