Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I-130

I am living in USA and had applied for my spuose an I-130 petition filled on December 10,2001.I am green card holder.My spouse is already in USA.I have received approval notice from INS for that petition on May 24,2004.They have sent the approved petitio to the Dapartament of State Visa Center.Can anyone let me know what is the process and how much time does it take? Thank you!

You seriously need an immigrationm attorney as the overriding question is your wife's status, date of entry, and whetehr any other petitions were filed on her behalf
