being an illegal alien and witness to crime
what are the ramifications of an individual who is the ONLY witness to a DUI manslaughter accident who is an illegal alien?
can they come forward without their citizenship or lack thereof being in question?

They will not be reported to the INS if they come forward. There are also public legal services that will have an attorney represent them to insulate them until assurances are given. But they need to report what they saw so the killer is caught. Feel free to contact me if you want me to report what they saw.
